Social media platform X has suspended the “@Habibi_Comm” account of Sahil Arora, an alleged serial scammer.

The account has been implicated in the use of manipulated screenshots of conversations with Australian musician Iggy Azalea and has also been utilized to endorse celebrity memecoins that have faced allegations of scams, contravening the platform's regulations.

Azalea has launched her own cryptocurrency and distanced herself from Arora, while Olympian Caitlyn Jenner and American rapper Rich the Kid (Dimitri Leslie Roger) have publicly accused Arora of scams related to memecoins promoted using their brand.

But the accusations haven’t slowed Arora from advertising allegedly fake partnerships and launching even more celebrity memecoins.

Arora promoted a partnership with BingX on June 3, an association that the cryptocurrency exchange denies.

“We’re not working with him,” a BingX spokesperson told Cointelegraph in a LinkedIn message.

Arora then promoted another celebrity memecoin project, this time based on Offset (Kiari Kendrell Cephus), an American hip hop artist who has hopped on the celebrity bandwagon to accuse Arora of fraud.

But screenshots of messages acquired by Cointelegraph suggest Offset had previously encountered Arora.

A Solana-based memecoin project that spoke to Cointelegraph on the condition of anonymity claims to have been introduced to Offset by Arora in March.

Arora allegedly acted as a middleman between the two parties as the memecoin project attempted to promote their cryptocurrency with the artist’s help.

The memecoin project sent $20,000 to an address shared by Arora but Offset claimed that he did not receive the payment.

The memecoin project claims they have since been blocked by both Arora’s Habibi_Comm account and Offset.

Despite the ban, Arora is believed to have multiple accounts on X, and has been seen directing followers to a new account on his Telegram channel.

Arora recently promoted relationships with boxing legend Floyd Mayweather and actor Lindsay Lohan before his social media ban.
